Acting as a link between artists and clients, Alya ensures that each work feels inevitable rather than decorative, guided by clarity of intent, sensitivity to materiality, and coherence of form.

Dortmolk Ouederni leads the business, project direction, and consulting activities at ANQA. She brings structure, continuity, and strategic clarity to artistic projects, ensuring they are developed, positioned, and delivered with precision.
With a strong business foundation and a refined understanding of art and luxury environments, she guides projects from conception through execution, aligning creative ambition with operational, financial, and digital frameworks. Her role ensures that each project is realised with rigor, balance, and long-term coherence.
